	I need to contact one of your merchants regarding an order or query I have, can you give me their contact details?

Article If you placed an order with a merchant who was using our EasyWebstore system your contract is with them and not us. We do not retail any goods we are a supplier of web hosting and ecommerce facilities.

We are sorry but we are unable to answer any queries relating to outstanding orders or refunds.

You should direct any queries to the merchant you placed the order with. You should be able to find their contact details on their website or on email correspondence you received from them.

If you cannot locate the contact details you require or the merchants website is no longer live (maybe it has expired).

We are very sorry but we are prevented by law from providing any contact details we have on file for our merchants (past or present).

Here are some options you may wish to try to locate merchants contact details:

http://www.archive.org/ - Allows you to view past versions of websites.
http://www.nominet.org.uk/ - Allows you to perform a WhoIs lookup on a domain name to find the owners contact details.
