Service Status: Paypal orders & addresses

It appears that there have been some issues with PayPal orders last night appearing without addresses attached.This has been due to a problem whereby PayPal was not sending the address details to the EasyWebstore system on the callback. It appears that this problem is now resolved and future orders will not be affected however those orders already taken will remain without addresses and other means of contacting the customer should be employed in order to fulfill the affected orders. | |
