PayPal payment types (Pro / Standard / Express)

EasyWebstore supports integration with all 3 of PayPals payment products PayPal Pro, PayPal Standard and PayPal Express. PayPal standard setup instructions: http://support.easywebstore.net/Knowledgebase/Article/View/8/21/paypal-web-payments-standard PayPal Pro setup instructions: http://support.easywebstore.net/Knowledgebase/Article/View/27/18/paypal-web-payments-pro PayPal Express setup instructions: http://support.easywebstore.net/Knowledgebase/Article/View/62/21/paypal-express-checkout PayPal Pro is a full card processing facility / merchant account and if you choose to use it you need to have a PayPal Pro account. PayPal Express is automatically enabled and other PayPal payment options are removed from your admin area. The other option is to use PayPal standard, this just requires you have a PayPal account with a PayPal email address and as an optuion you can use PayPal Express mode. If you choose to use PayPal standard WITHOUT PayPal Express then customers can pay with credit / debit card or PayPal account. If you use express then customers see the PayPal logo on checkout and can ONLY pay with their PayPal account. We only recommend using PayPal Express if you have another primary method for processing credit / debit cards set up. | |
