What is the difference between the teaser and the full description

| The smaller introduction text box (teaser) is for when the content is browsed in a list of content, when you click on the "more details" button then the full page comes up. You can enter either the teaser or the full details or both. If no teaser is entered and the system needs to show an extract then it extracts the first few words of the Full details. The above is the same for articles and news. If you are just getting started then it is worth remembering that the "full details" is an optional field, just fill in the teasers first then you can go back and add more details where neccessary. | |
