Requesting invoice and other custom payments via your store

It is possible to set your store up so customers can add a custom product and custom payment amount to their cart before checkout. You can use this functionality to request payments for invoices from customers. To activate go to your Admin home > Orders > Online payment setup page. Scroll down to the bottom and enter the text you want to show to ask for a custom payment (some example text is shown). To ask your customers to pay simple email them a link (URL) to your shopping cart page and have some explaining text on the email for example: Dear customer, To pay invoice number I12345 please go to our checkout page (link below) and enter the amount £12345.55 and reference number I12345 then click the checkout button.
