This will allow you to export all your products that you have on your store as an .xls file, Note: To view the file you need to have MS Excel, OpenOffice Calc or some other spreadsheet application.

When you have pressed this button this will load all your products into a spreadsheet, the time it takes will depend on how many products you have in your store. (your computer may look like it has froze, but please give it a minute). when the products have been placed onto a spreadsheet a box will appear, which can be seen below ( may differ depending on operating system you are using)

click save file, ( it may then as you to choose a suitable place to save the file onto your computer).click OK.
