Changing the card details I use to pay for my system or my billing contact details

If you use a credit or debit card to pay us and these payments go through our payment processor (WorldPay). You need to log in to WorldPay and access your FuturePay agreement. Payment processing is fully automatic and managed for us by WorldPay, we have no access to your card details and cannot change any of your personal details. You can log in to WorldPay's customer area here: http://www.worldpay.com/shopper/index.php?page=account Details of how to do this were given on the WorldPay payment confirmation email sent to you when you first signed up, we do not have access to this and if you no longer have this email then your access details can be obtained by following the "Forgotten your password?" link on the page above. If you use that link you will require your "FuturePay Agreement ID" and also the email address you gave to WorldPay when you first signed up. These can be obtained from us by requesting support if you cannot remember them. To change card details after logging in: 1. Go to the Change Card Details page (accessed via the Change Details, then Change Card options). 2. Enter/change the required details. 3. Check the details carefully, then click the Submit button. The new card will be debited within 24 hours (if payment is due). Note: If you change the card number, the new number will not be displayed until a payment has been debited from that card. To change your contact / billing details after logging in: 1. Go to the Change Contact Details page (accessed via the Change Details, then Change Contact Details options). 2. Enter/change the required details. 3. Check the details carefully, then click the Submit button.
